Samsung Galaxy S 4G Priced at $199.99, Not $149.99 as Earlier Reported; Launching on February 23
The Samsung Galaxy S 4G is a much-awaited upgrade to the Samsung Galaxy S / Vibrant line, with faster network connection speeds. However, T-Mobile admits the price earlier quoted was incorrect.

The Samsung Galaxy S 4G will cost around $200, and not $150, as T-Mobile clarifies. T-Mobile will be selling the Galaxy S 4G at $199.99 after a 50-dollar rebate, and not before. This is for a subscription with 2-year lock-in period.
The Samsung Galaxy S 4G will run Android FroYo on a 1 GHz Cortex A8 chip, 4-inch AMOLED display, and 16 GB of internal storage (expandable via microSD). The highlight, of course, is the support for T-Mo’s 4G network.
T-Mobile will be releasing the Galaxy S 4G starting February 23rd, so if you’re looking to buy a Galaxy S, you might want to wait a couple of days. You might be a bit disappointed with the adjusted price, though, but we’re sure the speed boost justifies the extra cost over the 3G $99.99 Galaxy S.
