Verizon Making Home Phone Connect A Nationwide Service
Verizon home connect has only been active in a couple of trial cities since December but the company has already decided that the service will go nationwide as soon as possible. Verizon originally launched the trial in New York and Connecticut only but the company apparently thinks it has already ironed out the kinks.

Much like the trial was, the service will cost $19.99 a month for an unlimited amount of domestic phone calls and for just $9.99 a month you can “share” minutes with your existing home phone plan. All users of the Verizon Home Connect plan have to do is make sure that their phone is connected to the Verizon Home Connect base station and you are good to go. Of course the best news is the Verizon Home Connect base station comes free as long as you sign a two year contract. Verizon Home Connect offers all the usual amenities such as Caller ID, Voicemail, call forwarding and three way calling.
