Steve Jobs Spotted In White House Photo
The past few days the tech blog world has been a mutter with chatter about Steve Jobs. First, we heard that he was taking business meetings at home and even made an appearance at the Apple campus in Cupertino. But, then the National Enquirer printed shocking images of a frail and balding Steve Jobs. Looks like those pictures were faked as a seemingly healthy Steve Jobs appeared in a White House photo.

Yesterday, US President Barack Obama had a private dinner with lots of top tech bigwigs as he tried to push his technology and economic agendas on the leaders of industry. The meeting was behind closed doors, but the White House staff photographers were on hand to take pictures. The White House released only two pictures of the dinner, but one showed the back of Steve Jobs.
As mentioned, Jobs was facing away from the camera. While he does look thin, he has a full head of hair. The images printed in the full print edition of the National Enquirer show a shockingly thin Jobs who’s unshaven and loosing his hair. That, combined with the fact that the car in the images looks to be a 1997 Honda Civic (not exactly the ride of billionaires) probably proves that Jobs wasn’t at the Stanford Cancer Center, or at least the images were fake.
Jobs has been on another medical leave from Apple for about a month. Since the man and his vision are believed to be such a big role in Apple’s success, Wall Street and the public are hoping for any update on Steve’s health. Apple, an extremely private company in their own right, has refused to comment on anything.
In his 2011 State of the Union address, Obama outlined his hope for more technology investment and innovation in the United States. He probably discussed that with the tech titans, as well as possibly other technology goals of his administration, like net neutrality, internet censorship and high-speed bandwidth for all Americans.
