Spotify Says It Will Be In The US In A Few Months
It seems like the wait for Spotify to hit United States shores has gone on for several years, but according to higher ups with the company Spotify is going to be in the US within the next few months.

One factor that shows that the company is starting to finally make real strides towards coming to the United States is that Spotify signed a deal with Sony that was viewed as one that would move the ability to launch in the US forward by quite a large margin. Another show that the company thinks it’s moving ever closer to getting a United States launch is the fact that they recently sent out an email to thousands of its potential US customers saying they look forward to launch in a few years. With Sony and Warner Music under contract, Spotify needs EMI and Universal to enter into deals before they can officially launch successfully.
