LittleBig Planet 2's Game Creation Tools Used To Recreate 8-Bit Zelda

Zelda's First Level Recreated Using LittleBig Planet 2

Not that LittleBig Planet 2 wasn’t already extremely high in my regard, but it just went through the ceiling after I got a load of this Zelda recreation. I long thought that a game which made other awesome games was one of those things that couldn’t exist, like when you meet a genie and you ask for a wish that gives you more wishes.

“And if you can create the entire first level of Zelda down to the last pixel, what else can you do in there?” wouldn’t exactly be an inappropriate question at this point. The answer, as far as I can determine at this point, is anything. In fact I wouldn’t be surprised if Epic released a statement tomorrow announcing that they’re stopping development on Unreal Engine 4 because really, when you have LittleBig Planet 2, what’s the point?
