All those rumors floating around about Sony shopping around a PSP2 development kit to everyone and their mum’s cat a few months ago? True, but you have no idea just to what extent. Or at least offering enough incentive to developers to do so, which even the reigning handheld champion, Nintendo, is finding hard to do sometimes.
