Verizon iPhone 4 Pre-Order Starts on February 3 at 3AM EST

The Verizon iPhone 4 is coming on February 10 in stores, but by know, if you’re a faithful Verizon customer that has been waiting for the device to hit your carrier for a few years, you already know that and chances are you’re going to purchase one as soon as possible.

Today we can tell you what “as soon as possible” means as it looks like Verizon will let you pre-order the CDMA iPhone 4 on February 3 at 3AM EST time. After announcing the phone at a special event on January 11, 2011, at 11AM, Verizon is again playing with numbers, although February 3, 2011 isn’t that magical.

Unfortunately the iPhone pre-order date is apparently available to corporate customers for now so regular Verizon subscribers will still have to wait for that February 10 launch date. Here’s what a Verizon email says on the matter:

- Make sure you have your My Verizon self-serve account set-up online. Orders can only be placed through your my Verizon account. You can register/setup your account at… myaccount.verizonwireless.com

- On February 3rd at 3am EST, Verizon Wireless will allow our current customers to order upgrades or new lines to their accounts through your My Verizon online account (make sure you have registered before the 3rd).

In case you want to pre-order the phone, you’ll have to consider getting in on the action pretty fast as there’s only a limited number of phones that will be available to those interested in pre-ordering them.

In case you’re an AT&T customer, and we already told you that Verizon will try to lure you in if you’re an iPhone owner, then you’ll get some cash back for your current iPhone model:

• iPhone 2G – 16GB: $60
• iPhone 3G – 16GB: $105
• iPhone 3Gs 32GB: $160
• iPhone 4- 16GB: $280
• iPhone 4 – 32GB: $360

So there you have it folks, whether corporate or regular customers, the iPhone 4, the Verizon flavor, is coming to you soon. Are you going to get it? Anyone planning to wait in line for it?
