Reports Of Japanese Users Feeling Sick After Playing 3DS Surface On Internet

Some Japanese 3DS Users Report Feeling Sick After Playing 3DS For A Few Minutes

Nintendo’s 3DS is still just over a month away from launch in Japan, but it may have already hit a roadblock. Reports are surfacing on the internet that claim some people who have played the 3DS are feeling ill afterward. Some people even reported feeling sick after only a few minutes of use.

There have already been warnings concerning the 3DS and use by young children, and even some doctors have said that the 3DS could be harmful to the eyes of an adult. Of course, there’s the possibility that these cases are the outliers – it’s long been known that different people react differently to flashing images – and that for the majority of users, the 3DS won’t effect them at all.

And then there’s always the chance that these reports are hoaxes, which certainly isn’t out of the realm of possibility considering the 3DS is a high-profile item and Nintendo is preparing for its worldwide launch. Until there’s confirmation by Nintendo that these reports are true, it’s probably best to take them with a grain of salt.
