White iPhone 4 Spotted in German Inventory

This white iPhone 4 rumor will never die, or at least it will keep coming back to life on a regular basis. Last time we spotted a white iPhone we were looking at a poorly photoshopped Verizon iPhone 4 image on the official carrier website that not only showed a white iPhone but it displayed AT&T’s iPhone 4 models.

Today we move to Europe as that’s the place where the new white iPhone 4 has been spotted in some inventory screenshots. This time around it’s not Verizon but brother Vodafone Germany that has in its inventory both a 16GB and a 32GB white iPhone 4version. Unfortunately there are no launch dates yet so don’t get too excited about it.

We could always be looking at some human mistake, or an intentional leak, meant to bring Vodafone Germany’s iPhone 4, and we’ll have to wait a while before we can confirm the European carrier’s intentions of actually starting to sell the phone.

But if you’ve waited this long for the white iPhone 4 to be launched then you should think again before buying it, in case it does become available in the coming months. Apple will launch a better iPhone 5 model this summer so there’s really no point in getting the white iPhone 4 now after waiting so seven months for it.

The white iPhone 4 is definitely one of Apple’s important failures for 2010. Due to various coloration issues that affected the performance of the device, at least according to rumors and leaks, Apple had to keep postponing the white smartphone. But we can assume a white iPhone 4 will be launched in order for Apple to save some face concerning this matter.
