Ford Sync Destinations Application for Mobile Devices

iPhone & Android Application from Ford Lets You Plan Your Way Before You Ride Your Car

Planning your drive can be cumbersome, especially if you’re going somewhere unfamiliar. Fortunately, there are map and navigation applications that help you through your trip.

If you’re like me, you probably don’t like asking for directions on the road. That’s what onboard GPS devices and mobile map applications are for. But having to manipulate your mobile phone while driving is cumbersome, not to mention dangerous.

With Ford’s latest Sync Destinations application, you won’t have to worry. It plans your route even before you ride your car. You can set the time, origin and destination of your trip, and the application will send data to your car, assuming it runs Ford’s Sync TDI navigation system. The application is free for anyone to download, and will work on any car brand and model, as long as it uses Ford’s navigation system.

This way, you don’t waste time idling while you program your navigation equipment for your route. Simply run the app, input your details, and your trip is all set before you even board the car.
