$24 iPhone 4 Available from Radio Shack Starting with December 29

Recently we shared with you various iPhone 4 special offers from Radio Shack, Walmart and Sam’s Club and it looks like Radio Shack is ready to sell some more discounted new iPhone 4 and iPhone 3GS units following its rather impressive success at selling cheaper on-contract iPhones than what Apple and AT&T are regularly charging for the subsidized martphone.

While both Walmart and Sam’s Club tried to match Radio Shack’s prices (roughly $50 off the iPhone 4 when bundled with a new two-year contract with AT&T), it’s just The Shack that offered a special trade-in program that would lower the prices even more.

Luckily for those of you that haven’t purchased a new iPhone, Radio Shack is back with the special offer including the iPhone trade-in program. Starting with December 29 you will be able to purchase a brand new iPhone 4 16GB and iPhone 3GS from The Shack for $50 less than the regular price.

In case you are upgrading from an iPhone 3G or iPhone 3GS then the trade-in program hosted by The Shack will get you up to $125 in credit, which means you could end up paying just $24 for a new iPhone 4 16GB in case you happen to own an iPhone 3GS that would qualify for the trade in program. That means the iPhone 3GS you want to exchange for credit towards an iPhone 4 purchase will have to “power on, cannot be PIN locked and must be in fully functional, working condition without any broken components.”

All these details come from an email recently received by BGR that basically confirms all of the above:

“Starting Wednesday, December 29, RadioShack will offer $50 off every iPhone 4 16G and iPhone 3GS for new and eligible upgrade customers while supplies last. Qualifying iPhone 3G and 3G S handsets will have a guaranteed trade-in credit of $75 and $125, respectively.”

Last time Radio Shack ran this promotion its iPhone stock was depleted quite fast, so go ahead, act on your impulse to buy a cheaper iPhone as fast as possible in order not to miss out on this interesting deal.
