Humble Indie Bundle 2 Raises More Than $1 Million In Less Than A Week

Second Installment Of Humble Indie Bundle Million Dollar Success

For those not familiar with the Humble Indie Bundle, you better get yourself familiar quick if you want to get in on the deals. Basically, Humble Indie Bundle is a way to sell certain games for as little or as much as the buyers wish with the majority of the proceeds going to charity. The event was such a success last year that Wolfire brought it back for a second year.

As big as a success it was a year ago it is even a larger one this year. After one week Humble Indie Bundle 2 has taken in over $1 Million and now has the backing of online game giant Steam. Games like Braid, Osmos, and Machinarium are ready to be activated on Steam right now while Revenge of the Titans and Cortex Command will be activated once they are offered on Steam in the next few weeks. With under a week to go in the event, over 150,000 users have purchased the bundle.
