Uncharted 3 First Gameplay Footage On Late Night With Jimmy Fallon

Gamers used to the apathy and stupor our kind exhibit while playing video games will surely find this footage of Jimmy Fallon and what we guess are two Naughty Dog developers and their rousing enthusiasm a bit jarring. The material, though, at least from what we can see, merits the excitement and then some and is pretty much true to what we’ve heard since the initial mysterious announcement. That’s some swanky context-sensitive melee combat you got there, Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception.

Is that Deception in the title there because Nathan Drake looks a bit like a Nancy boy, but can actually bust some heads without the aid of “gats”, as we sometimes hear people on TV call firearms? Regardless, Jimmy Kimmel, er we mean Jimmy Fallon and the Uncharted 3 Demo seem to get on like a house on fire (because the demo takes place in a burning building and we’re card carrying members of the Pun Appreciation Society), with plenty of gentle coaxing and cheer leading from the Naughty Dog guys.
