BioWare Delivers With The First Mass Effect 3 Trailer

This is, yet, another video game we knew already existed, but that doesn’t make the reveal of the first trailer for Mass Effect 3 any less impressive. Mass Effect 2 left gamers with a sense of both excitement and impending doom, and with the reveal trailer, we see the implications of ME2‘s ending come full circle. Check out the trailer after the break.

As it turns out, most of the hints BioWare dropped for us turned out to all come together, with the exception of the red herring, which pretty much just amounts to them playing with us poor, innocent gamers. The trailer features a long gunman in London, who finds himself in the middle of the human genocide, shooting down a Reaper attacking a woman and a child. Of course, his heroism is cut short by the impending doom that is the Reaper fleet.

One thing’s for sure after watching this trailer – Mass Effect 3 is going to be epic in every sense of the world. And here I was all out of breath at the end of Mass Effect 2…
