myYearbook Combines Social Gaming With Live Web Cams

myYearbook Allows Video Chatting With Real Time Gaming

One of the real draws for social gaming is that you can find someone to play a game with who live hundreds or thousands of miles away from you. While most social gaming involves being able to chat with them through voice or text chatting, myYearbook combines social gaming with live video chatting.

myYearbook is already a burgeoning social gaming powerhouse, managing 4.7 million users a month and 1 billion page views over that period. In the next few weeks, the site will launch about a dozen new games that are going to be better if people are actually on the site at the same time. The site will allow users to specify which other users they want to play against by area of the country or world as well as age group. It will then bring anyone who is actually online together for gaming that can be enhanced because anyone who is equipped with a web cam will be able to engage in video chatting while the game is going on.
