Epic's Unreal-Powered Infinity Blade On iPhone & iPad App Store December 9th For $5.99
We’ve covered a few rumblings before, but the entire stampede is just around the corner and will be hitting the App Store hard in a little over a week. Along with the date also come some details, like the fact that you will be battling someone named God-King (who presumably has a lot to live up to) throughout a finely crafted medieval structure used to symbolize the nobility’s power over the common man in the past. This time it will see service symbolizing the Unreal engine’s power to kick the iPhone’s ass all up and down those finely rendered stairs we keep seeing in screenshots.

There will be finger swiping, Game Center integration, online head-to-head battles involving possibly more swiping, iPhone 3GS and the piece of information you knew was coming but hoped it wasn’t anyway, the list of supported devices: iPhone 4, iPod touch (third- and fourth-generation), and iPad. Nothing less, nothing more (yet, but that’s changing in a hurry).
