Warface, New FPS By Crytek Revealed, We Don't Know Why They Called Crysis 3 That
Crytek Seoul are apparently working on not getting blown to bits by North Korean artillery, but when taking a breather from that they’re all about their new free to play PC exclusive FPS, which is a military shooter set in the near future. The one trick pony jokes write themselves at this point.

Cue Crytek CEO, President and Ultra Emperor Cevat Yerli throwing terms like”compelling” and “unique” around. Yeah, that screenshot is just ruining its lungs screaming unique. There’s one possible explanation, Crytek says it’s “especially dedicated to the Korean and other Asian markets”. Well, if they’re not sick of Starcraft by now, they sure as hell aren’t sick of slightly sci-fi modern American military complex fetish fantasies. They’ve only been big for what, six years? Oh man, Korea, just wait til you find out about precision tailored to the last asphalt molecule uber-realistic driving simulators, you’re going to just looove their development cycle. Warface will be developed using CryEngine 3 and is slated to be a “cinematic experience with next gen visuals, AI and physics”.
