This latest offer is coming by way of Dell and the offer is available as you read this and set to expire on Monday November 29th. According to a quick check of the Dell Mobility store, there appears to be a handful of rather nice deals.

The handsets that are included in this offer are the BlackBerry Torch 9800, the HTC EVO 4G, Droid X and the Droid Incredible. Of course, these all come with the required two year agreement, which for the Torch means AT&T, the EVO means Sprint and the Droid X and Incredible means Verizon Wireless.

With that out of the way, lets dive in with the BlackBerry Torch 9800. This handset is available in all three colors — black, white and red. As for the price, free. Furthermore, the Torch is also coming with a $30 bill credit. Next up is the HTC EVO 4G, which happens to be the most expensive of the bunch at $99.99. Still, this is a 50 percent savings as compared to the $199.99 that you would pay direct with Sprint. Moving on and we come to the two Verizon handsets — the Droid X and the Droid Incredible. The Droid X is priced at $9.99 and the Droid Incredible is free. And in addition to being free on-contract, the Droid Incredible also comes with a $25 Verizon Wireless Gift Card.

Lastly, all these deals include free shipping and free activation. So in addition to getting fairly nice deals on the phones themselves, you are also saving a few extra bucks that way. Personally I cannot stand paying activation fees. All things considered, the Droid X for $9.99 is a pretty hard deal to pass up, if only I had a line that was currently eligible for upgrade.
