BLACK FRIDAY: Xbox Live Marketplace Offering Black Friday Deals On Halo, Trials HD, Splosion Man
So you love Black Friday deals, but you hate getting up early and dealing with ravenous crowds, right? Well Microsoft has your number, and all this week, starting tomorrow (Tuesday the 23rd), they’re offering daily deals on some really awesome games and movies on the Xbox Live Martketplace. What are these insane deals, you’re wondering? Check out the prices after the break.

From November 23rd – November 29th, Xbox Live will be offering daily deals on the following games:
Arcade Games
- Splosion Man – 160 MSP (that’s two dollars, folks)
- Portal: Still Alive – 400 MSP
- The Secret of Monkey Island: Special Edition – 400 MSP
- Trials HD – 400 MSP
- Madden NFL Arcade – 400 MSP
Xbox Originals
- Halo: Combat Evolved – 400 MSP
- Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas – 400 MSP
Zune Movies
- 300 – 380 MSP
- Cats and Dogs 2: The Revenge of Kitty Galore – 720 MSP
- Sex and the City 2 – 720 MSP
- Clash of the Titans – 720 MSP
Okay, so to be honest with you, there isn’t much of a strong showing as far as movie are concerned. But still, there are some really great deals on games, with Splosion Man being discounted to two freaking dollars and the rest coming it at a cool five bucks. There isn’t any word on what days these games will be discounted, but I think that’s kind of the idea – they want you to check back every day. Or, you could simply check Xbox.com every day, where they will announce each day’s new Black Friday deal.
To put it in perspective, though, that’s seven Xbox Live Marketplace games (six of which are excellent – I haven’t yet played Madden NFL Arcade) for $32. I’d say that with prices like these, its definitely worth checking the Marketplace every day for a week.
