BLACK FRIDAY: US Cellular Black Friday Deals Include $99.99 Samsung Mesmerize, $49.99 HTC Desire, Free LG Apex & Free Samsung Acclaim

US Cellular Runs Week-Long Black Friday Deal Promo on Android Phones & Tablets

Not to be outdone by its bigger competitors, US cellular is offering several handsets on discount all week, from Monday, November 22 to Black Friday, November 26.

US Cellular is offering the following handsets on discount or even free, with a plan.

  • Samsung Mesmerize – $99.99 after an $80 mail-in rebate. The Mesmerize is basically a Samsung Galaxy S, with 4-inch Super AMOLED screen. Save $100 from the usual $199 post-rebate price.
  • HTC Desire – $49.99 after an $80 mail-in rebate. This is for a two year contract. This is the popular HTC akin to the Nexus one, with a 3.7-inch Super LCD screen and 2.2 version of Android (FroYo). Save $150 from the usual $200 post-rebate price.
  • LG Apex – Free after $80 mail-in rebate, and with a new two-year contract. The LG Apex comes with Android 2.1, a full QWERTY keypad, and a 3.2-inch display.
  • Samsung Acclaim – Free after $80 mail-in rebate, and with a new two-year contract. The Samsung Acclaim has a 3.2-inch screen and a 3-megapixel camera. Great entry-level Android phone with Android 2.1 and a slide-out QWERTY keyhoard.

Apart from the Android smartphone deals, US Cellular is also launching the Samsung Galaxy tab later today (November 19th), which will retail at $399 after a $100 mail-in rebate. This price is valid with a two-year contract.
