Fallout New Vegas Exclusive Xbox 360 DLC "Dead Money" Announced
As exemplified in the ever-growing thread comment on our recent feature on whether Fallout New Vegas’ dad could beat Fallout 3′s dad, Fallout in general and its newest incarnation in particular, felt (and bought) by many as a return to the series’ beloved roots, certainly stokes the fires of fandom, even though it can be a peaceful affair. And what better way to continue a grudge match than with some fresh salvos in the good old fashioned (and almost forgotten in the new motion controller showdown) original console war?

Like GTA IV back in the day most famously, but a host of other game including Oblivion, Mass Effect 2, etc. Fallout New Vegas is getting Xbox 360- exclusive DLC. The snazzily titled Dead Money will be released on 21st December for 800 presumably quite lively MS Points. Apparently it sees you treasure hunting against your will for the Sierra Madre Casino bounty with three other captured wastelanders, which sounds just “bueno” to us.”We’re pleased to give fans a chance to expand their experience in Fallout: New Vegas this December with Dead Money,” said Gregory Hines, Bethesda VP of PR and Marketing, but we bet he says that to all the girls.

I truely hope the new dlc will be game defining like F3′s multiple developments, I’m just suprised that the patch wasn’t developed and implemented prior to releasing details on another probably buggy purchase. Maybe, with enough online support from gamers and players, something like a free theme or dlc gun could be given as recompence. I do hope for peace between F3 gamers and NV lovers, and your recent opinion article, while not exactly my opinion, was hardly the internet call to arms that some tried to make it. Keep keeping the peace and I love reading all your Fallout articles, so keep ‘em coming.
