Houzz Launches iPad App For Home Design Aficionados
User of the Houzz website on their home computers and laptops can now take their decorating portfolio and Ideabooks with them when they are using their iPads. A new free Houzz app in the iPad app store has a more polished look and feel than when iPad users browse to the site’s home page through Safari.

Houzz is an online designer and design database that allows users to browse through hundred of thousands of different room photos in order to get inspiration for their own homes. Houzz allows users to create what is called an Ideabook where they can save the various photos that they have taken a real shine to and come back to at a later time. Houzz also allows construction and design companies to upload photos of their particular projects as well as contact info so that a user can get a hold of a particular designer or architect if they like what they see.
