Baldur's Gate 2 Complete At Good Old Games For $10

Video gaming space has always been a place of battle and divisions too many to count, console gamers and PC gamers, hardcore and casual, lightsiders and darksiders, you get the idea (that last one, though, only if you play Worms). But if your only mission in life were to look for consensus in the game industry some of the strongest you’d find is in the direction that Baldur’s Gate 2 is, if not the finest damn RPG the genre has ever produced, then close enough that it makes no difference.

For our money, the only thing that comes close is Planescape Torment, but that’s already on GOG.com. And, starting today, so is Baldur’s Gate 2, complete with expansion and conclusion to the series Throne Of Bhaal, joining its older sibling, Neverwinter Nights and Icewind Dale 2. We have few fonder gaming memories than of Minsc & his giant miniature space hamster compadre Boo, turnip-loving Jan Jansen and his army of monkeys and all the other noble, lovable and insane little people Bioware decided to trap in there for your amusement along with their talking swords, gender change belts and silver pantaloons, so let us make it easy: there is no piece of interactive media in the history of the world that is more worthy of your 10$ right now or any coming right now you’d care to mention.
