Black Friday Sale Toshiba 40" 1080p HDTV $399.99, Panasonic 42" 1080p HDTV W/ Free 2.1 Soundbar 799$

Amazon is rolling out some Countdown To Black Friday Sales that may even be better than the actual eventual Black Friday sales. And the good news is that some of these, like the Toshiba, are available now. Like right now. The first sign that a holiday has struck it big is when starts early, so congrats Black Friday, you’ve made it. Here’s everything interesting on offer:

  • Toshiba 40FT1U 40″ 1080p 60Hz LCD HDTV – $399.99,
  • Panasonic VIERA TC-P42G25 42-Inch 1080p Plasma HDTV – $799.99 (w/ Free Panasonic SC-HTB500 2.1-Channel SoundBar Speaker System with Wireless Kelton Subwoofer

Quite the price difference, but then again the Toshiba doesn’t really have a pack-in so maybe that helps in the price department. But that Toshiba , man. If 40″ LCD’s were that cheap when we were growing up we’d have quite possibly made some sort of fort out of them. A fort that displayed the Thundercats DVD on repeat in all possible directions.
