Halo: Reach Rank Cap Raised, New Armor Unlocked
I’ve been feeling bad that I’ve neglected Halo: Reach lately. I played it for a long time, met some cool people and we ran around scoring headshots and taking out people who are stupid enough to use jetpacks like we were being paid to do it. And then, Fallout: New Vegas and Fable III come out and I disappear from Reach‘s matchmaking network. But tonight I’m pretty sure that all changes, as Bungie has officially lifted the rank cap and they’ve unlocked new armor in the armory.

They’re also offering a little incentive for not being an ass during multiplayer games: players who routinely finish multiplayer games will be getting huge Credit jackpots afterward. So, if you needed a reason to stay in the game with your score of -2, here you go. Let’s just hope the jackpot is worth the endless amounts of flaming and negative player reviews. Who cares if you’ve got a one-star Xbox Live rating for sucking at Halo? You got your credits, and that’s all that really matters.
