White iPhone 4? What White iPhone 4? Apple Pulls It From Online Store
The white iPhone 4 unicorn is still stealing this week’s headlines after a bunch of news that completely rocked the world of white iPhone 4 fans waiting for the device to come up.

Taking everything chronologically we’ll remind you that the white iPhone 4 was spotted a couple of days ago in version 1.1 of the Apple Store App. Everybody assumed that Christmas launch date is going to be hit and they’ll be able to purchase their unicorn handset these holidays. But then we found out that Apple decided to push the launch date of the white iPhone 4 back all the way back to spring 2011 and we wondered whether Apple is really going to go through with an actual white iPhone 4 launch so close to the announcement of the iPhone 5.
And then yesterday we heard that the white iPhone 4 might be canceled for good as Apple could be focusing on a white iPhone 5 instead. Furthermore we learned that the coloration issue is more important that we thought as it affects the performance of the white iPhone 4’s camera, hence Apple’s reasons not to launch the device yet.
We’re not surprised today to hear that Apple has silently pulled the white iPhone 4 from the Apple Online Store. No matter where you’re used to ordering your iPhones from in the world, the white iPhone 4 is no longer mentioned on the purchase page. But reference to the white iPhone 4 is still there as Apple is showing it when advertising its bumpers and in the iPhone 4 image gallery. Apple didn’t come forward with a press release to shed some light on this change but no matter how we’re looking at it a conclusion is certain: Apple has failed to deliver one of its top of the line products, and that can’t be erased from our minds since we tend to remember useless stuff like that. Your move Cupertino PR! Let’s see how you turn all this around!
