If you’re a Canadian and you’re looking for a deal on an iPhone 3GS and official Apple Dock, then you’re in luck. One of the major Canadian carriers, Bell, is offering “refreshed” iPhone 3GS for just $10 and that includes a free iPhone Apple Dock. Of course, the trick is that “refreshed” really means “refurbished,” which really means “used”.

According to the Bell page, all of their “refreshed” iPhones are ones that were returned to them before the 30 day return period was up. As with all refurb electronics, Bell has put them through rigorous quality assurance testing, as well as verifying them to work. They’ve also been updated to “current software”, which we assume means iOS 4.0.

It’s pretty clear that Bell is trying to clean out their back catalog of old iPhone 3GS phones. They probably have a lot on their hands from people returning them and $10 is a pretty good deal, even though it’ll have you locked into a three-year plan with a one-year-old phone. That isn’t so hot, but it’s hard to beat getting an iPhone for just $10. Plus, the free Apple Dock is a nice bonus.
