Denon Presents RCD-N7 Wireless Receiver with Airplay Update
Denon has been known to produce quality receivers but if their products on hand at the CEDIA 2010 is to be a sign, it looks like they are leaning on a wireless and streaming-capable batch of receivers from here on.
At least that is what it looks like after revealing the Denon RCD-N7. This is their latest wireless receiver that is coupled by a pair of SC-N7 speakers ($199) that features an iPhone dock for local music enjoyment.
Aside from that, the RCD-N7 boasts of a Party Mode Plus setting for a five-system multi-zone setup in homes or areas of your choice. These are all managed by Denon’s new iPhone/iPod/iPad Remote app.
The receiver can stream media from popular sources like Rhapsody, Napster, Pandora and Last.fm.
The Denon RCD-N7 receiver will retail for about $599 and is expected to hit shelves by October. This release is expected to be made alongside Denon’s $49 Airplay update.
