Acer Offers Processor Uprades for TimelineX Series Laptops [Acer has Updated Their TimelineX Series Through Optional Processor Upgrades]

Acer broadens the capabilities for consumers planning to get hold of their Acer TimelineX 1830T laptops by giving them the option to have a processor upgrade. This means that the Acer TimelineX 1830T laptops can be equipped with Core i3, i5, or even i7 CPUs from hereon.

The processor upgrade option should be something interesting for potential Acer Aspire 1830T laptop buyers, although Acer is pushing for the Core i7 680UM powered version which will cost about $900.

Arming these 11.6″ Aspire TimlineX 1803T lappies should be welcomed by mobile computing users who require more power in a portable and small machine.

The processor upgrade also holds true for other laptops like the 13.3″ 3820T, 14″ 4820T and the 15.6-inch 5820T.

Some concern however surfaces if the included 8 hour battery for the Acer Aspire TimelineX series. With all that power, can the battery hold up enough juice for it?

The new models should be up and offered pretty soon and will certainly gain the nod of power-hungry laptop users.
