Rampant View Turns iPod Into Head-Mounted Camera

Rampant Gear's Rampant View Puts Your iPod on Your Head

Sure, we’ve all seen watchbands geared to turn your iPod into a huge wristwatch, but this one might just take the cake. Rampant Gear’s Rampant View lets you put your iPod on your forehead and turn it into a head-mounted camera.

It’s a fairly simple concept–just insert a 5th generation iPod nano (with camera) into the slot on the front of the Rampant View, put the whole array on your head, and film to your heart’s content.

The down side here is that it doesn’t look waterproof, so you can probably forget any fun with water skiing or wakeboarding or kayaking or anything like that, but the up side is that it’s cheap–try $34.95 out at Rampant Gear. Plus, it gives your 5th generation iPod Nano a little extra life by giving it a whole new purpose, as skateboard camera so you can live out your Jackass fantasies to the fullest.
