Twitter Has a Mouse Over Security Flaw
Twitter users beware. It looks like for your own safety, you may want to tweet using a third party software. The Twitter website seems to be the latest one hit by hackers to date.
Hackers have exploited the security flaw when a user places a mouse over a link, returning various website popups which appear on their screen.
The said problem only affects people who tweet via the actual website so if you want to continue tweeting, it would be best to find other apps which you can use to tweet like crazy.
And from the looks of it, some users have already had their share of problems tweeting. Some say they are getting tweets in a different language while others are being linked to another weird account.
No word yet on how Twitter plans to address the problem but hopefully they can do something about it fast. There are a lot of Twitter users out there and it would be shameful to overlook this issue.
