Keystone Insights Announced the Release of the NudgerSize App for iPhones

Keystone Insights knows how important it is to stay fit and with the new NudgerSize app, an easier way to be fit is within your grasps. The new app made for the Apple iPhone is easy to use and combines common sense with scientific research to aid people in their exercising needs.

The app features frequent voice reminders to exercise and workout, an automated and yet fun process which should help burn of excess calories.

The Nudgersize is not an exercise routine program but more of an application to motivate people to make time to exercise.

“Nudge Times” can be set and act more of as reminders. At the scheduled nudge time the user is presented a pop-up message, alert sound and a recorded voice message of their choice to motivate them to exercise.

They can be scheduled daily or on particular days the user would want to be reminded of such routines. They cost for under a dollar and are now available at the iTunes App Store.
