New Olympus Goodies On the Way [Olympus is All Set to Unveil the E-P2 Kit and the E-5 DSLR]

Olympus surely has a lot in store and thanks to 43rumors, the cat is out of the bag. There will be two Olympus goodies on the way, the E-P2 kit and the E-5 DSLR.

The Olympus E-P2 kit is all set to come out by today (August 31). This is a kit offering a 17mm lens with an extra flash.

They will come with some M.Zuiko lenses: a $900 75-300mm (150-600mm equivalent) f/4.8 – 6.7 model and a $300 40-150mm (80 – 300mm equivalent) f/4.0-5.6 model.

On the way as well by September 14 is a replacement for the E-3 DSLR. This is the E-5 DSLR which will reportedly bump up the megapixel count to 12 (from 10MP) and also offer 720p30 video recording.

With these two new Olympus goodies coming out, the only thing left is choosing which among them catches your fancies.
