Samsung Outs a New 14.2 MP WiFi Digital Camera with the Samsung ST80 Digicam

Samsung offers another digital camera for the mass market with the Samsung ST80. This is a WiFi-enabled digital camera meaning it can offload photos via email or via direct upload to social media-sharing sites like Facebook and YouTube.

The Samsung ST80 boasts of a 3X optical zoom, a 3″ touch screen for its main controls and has the ability to record 720p HD videos at 30fps.

It has an easy point-and-shoot mode for easier photo snapping and also includes a sounding Smart Crop feature to automatically enhance shots taken at any angle.

The Samsung ST80 also comes with an address book to store frequently emailed recipients and comes with a Boingo WiFi hotspot account. Alternatively, users can also make use of the DLNA streaming support.

The Samsung ST80 measures 92×55.4×18.5mm and is set to hit store shelved this coming September, 2010. The new Samsung digital camera is expected to retail for about $249.99.
