Panasonic HM-TA1 Pocket Camcorder Revealed
While everyone is wooing the batch of 3D camcorders released by Panasonic, there is also a pocket camcorder lingering in the background. This comes in the form of the Panasonic HM-TA1, designed to shoot videos easier and then upload them to leading social networking sites.
The Panasonic HM-TA1 can reportedly shoot HD videos in 1080p and also take still photos in 8MP. The camcorder features a LED flash and an SD card slot which recognizes both SDHC and SDXC cards.
Other features of the Panasonic HM-TA1 include built-in image stabilization as well basic image color presets. The Panasonic HM-TA1 will come in an array of colors (gray, purple and red) and also provides support for Apple’s iFrame encoding.
The camcorder can output videos to iMovie at 540p without any necessary resizing.
The Panasonic HM-TA1 pocket camcorder is set to come out this August and will retail for $170.
