Panasonic HDC-SD60 Camcorder Offers Superior Video Quality
Panasonic offers a cool entry-level camcorder for consumers, coming with a comfortable-to-grip design. The camcorder can also shoot still photos (640×480) and comes with the usual array of ports like a video and mini-HDMI out, USB and SD/SDHC/SDXC card slots.
Users of the Panasonic HDC-SD60 can also toggle between intelligent auto and manual modes while also coming with manual shutter speeds and iris controls.
The Panasonic HDC-SD60 features a 2.7″ LCD screen although users with large hands may have issue operating it due to the cramped placement of on-screen button controls.
The touch screen interface is augmented by a row of membrane switches for record, zoom, menu, video light and delete underneath the touch screen.
This Panasonic camcorder also comes with a decent battery life and a smarter than average autofocus. At AU$799, this isn’t a bad camcorder to consider.
Incidentally, there is also another model, the Panasonic HDC HS60 which is expected to cost more.
However, if you are the type looking for value for your money, the SD60 should be a better option for its cheaper memory card inclusion.
