A First Look at the Asus U33Jc-A1 Bamboo Series Laptop
Asus introduces its latest and newest laptop offering carrying an eco-friendly twist with the Asus UJ33C-A1 Bamboo Series Laptops. Though sporting a traditional make, the new laptop promises to make waves with its bamboo encasement together with an impressive array of features for the mobile computing consumers.
The Asus U33Jc-A1 laptop boasts of a 13.3″ 1366×768 display and comes powered by 2.4GHz Core i3-370M CPU. Other notable features include a 4GB of RAM, a 500GB HDD and an NVIDIA GeForce 310M GPU with 1GB of VRAM.
The Asus U33Jc measures 1.2″ thick and comes with a 4.5 pound chassis. It comes with further connectivity options which include two USB 2.0 ports, one USB 3.0 socket, an HDMI, VGA, Ethernet, microphone and headphone jack.
A 5-in-1 card reader is also included and is located at the right side of the laptop. The Asus UJ33c-A1 laptop also boasts of an eight-cell battery that is good for up to 5 hours of use.
Lastly, the laptop comes with an exterior look close to dark wood paired with chrome accents which is perhaps the tip of the marketing angle for these sustainable laptops from Asus.
