Samsung Epic 4G for Sprint: Full Spec Sheet Revealed [Samsung Epic 4G Fact Sheet Available, Mentions A Samsung Media Hub & Confirms Details We Already Knew]
When it comes to the Samsung Galaxy S phones, there has not been much left to mystery. And the same can be said of the Epic 4G, which is the Sprint branded version of the Galaxy S. Its also the most unique of the Galaxy S bunch with its slide-out hardware QWERTY keyboard.

That said, the Samsung Epic 4G fact sheet has recently been leaked. The good news and bad news here is that the fact sheet offers a full page of Epic 4G goodness, but the bad news is that much of the information was already available. If nothing else, the extra confirmation is always nice to see.
As for details, like I said, some of this is just a recap, but just to start we will see a 4 inch Super AMOLED display with Android 2.1. Otherwise, the Epic 4G will also come touting 3G and 4G capabilities, Mobile Hotspot connectivity for up to 5 other devices, 1GHz Cortex A8 Hummingbird processor and a 5 megapixel camera with LED flash, autofocus and 3x digital zoom on the back with a VGA camera on the front. Other features include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR and A2DP, a microSD card slot and a 16GB microSD card included with purchase.
In addition, the handset will have Qik for video chat and video streaming, come with Samsung services such as AllShare and Social Hub as well as Sprint apps to include Football Live, Navigation, TV and Nascar Sprint Cup Mobile.
The Epic 4G is also noted as having “future access to the Samsung Media Hub.” And that last one is described as being “a full library of video and literary content powered by some of the biggest names in entertainment.”
In the end, the Epic 4G looks like it will make a worthwhile addition to the Sprint lineup. But in the meantime, spend a few minutes reading the fact sheet below…
