Panasonic Presents the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ100 Digital Camera
Panasonic announces the release of a new LUMIX Digital Camera under its fold with the high-end Panasonic LUMIX DMC-FZ100 digital camera. This new top of the line camera joins the ranks of the FZ-Series of Panasonic LUMIX digital cameras, boasting of a newly developed LEICA DC VARIO-ELMARIT lens.
Among the striking features of the Panasonic DMC-FZ100 include a 24X optical zoom and being the first hybrid camera to come with MOS sensor and the ability to record 1080p HD videos.
The hybrid camera has an impressive ability of taking shots at 14.1 megapixel resolution at 11fps. Other features include a mechanical shutter and the ability to increase the frames per second to 60 in 3.5-megapixel recording.
The DMC-FZ100 also features continuous auto focus up to five frames per second as well as Intelligent Burst Shooting.
The Panasonic LUMIX FZ100 will retail for about $499.95 and will be available in black color. It is slated to be released by late August.
