Sony has revealed a new netbook under their Vaio X Series notebook class with the Sony VPCX13ALJ/KJ Vaio X covered in a pink colored make. The new pink netbook from Sony seems to be made for the female mobile computing addicts, configured slightly better than previous models.

If there is one thing you have to hate about Firefox browsers, it has to be the frequency of crashes you get when you are watching videos or playing Flash games. But with the release of Firefox 3.6.4, all these should be more or less covered, at least that is what Mozilla is saying.

Lenovo unveils a new notebook with the Lenovo IdeaPad which recently popped out of the Freescale Technology Forum. The new Lenovo notebook will be powered by a Freescale i.MX515 SoC with an 800MHz ARM Cortex A8 processor and will be ably supported by an efficient power management system (MC 13892 IC).

Scanning the pages from a book seems like a lot of work and eats up a lot of time in the process but it looks like the people over at the University of Tokyo have come up with an impressive solution. This has to do with this reported scanner which can reportedly scan the pages of a 200-page book inside 60 seconds.
