LG VX9400 TV Phone Launched
Verizon Wireless unveils its second MediaFLO Mobile TV handset with the launch of the LG VX9400. This new phone sports a unique form factor where the screen is able to swivel into a landscape position and was designed to work with V Cast TV.
Among the features of the LG VX9400 include a QVGA screen capable of displaying 262k colors, EV-DO 3G data, Bluetooth and A2DP support, a 1.3 MP camera and a microSD card slot. The LG VX9400 comes in at the right time as Mobile TV continues to become a major talking point ever since the CTIA conference.
As the Mobile TV segment continues to evolve, the LG VX9400 should be a great handset to jump start you towards the developing technology. Verizon Wireless is the exclusive distributor of this device, offering the LG VX9400 for $199.99 along with a 2 year contract.
For now the V Cast TV market is limited to certain areas although they are currently expanding to serve more areas.
