New BlackBerry, Android Phones Coming To US Cellular [US Cellular Presser Reveals That More Android Phones, That Flip BlackBerry, Coming To America's #5 Carrier]

In my experience, most people I talk to with US Cellular are very happy with the service. Now they’ve got more reason to be happy, as US Cellular just detailed a bunch of new phones coming to the carrier that look like some very decent phones. Here’s the thing – although US Cellular briefly touched on all the phones, they didn’t name them – just described them. Let’s see if you can guess what we think they are?

The HTC Desire and Samsung Acclaim were already previously announced as coming to US Cellular. Here’s USCC’s first clue, can you guess what phone it is?

The Motorola Flipout, of course. But that was an easy one.

The highly anticipated Samsung device has got to be the Galaxy S. IntoMobile believes the LG device to the LG Ally and we tend to agree. Did you get those right? Here’s another easy one.

Remember that Clamshell flip BlackBerry 9670 that everybody over the age of 20 finds ugly? We believe that’s the phone they’re mentioning. Here’s another clue in the great US Cellular mystery press release.

This is a bit foggy. It could be the Samsung Galaxy S Pro. Also the Earth-friendly Samsung Restore is a possibility. Finally, a new phone, the LG Banter Touch was announced with this cryptic message:

To recap we know the HTC Desire, Samsung Acclaim and BlackBerry Bold 9700 are coming to US Cellular. We’re very sure that the Motorola Flipout and BlackBerry 9670 are coming to US Cellular. We speculate that based on the clues given in this horribly-written awesome press release that the Samsung Galaxy S, LG Ally and Samsung Restore may be coming to US Cellular. A new device named the LG Banter Touch was also mentioned.

That’s an awful lot of good phones coming to US Cellular – America’s fifth biggest carrier by customers and one of the more popular regional carriers.
