The iPad has so far been used in airplanes and hotels as another privilege or type of interface. But for Malaysian Airlines, the iPad is something that should make life easier for their customers and the company as a whole, offering an entirely new way to do business with constant travelers.

Malaysian Airlines makes use of the new iPad craze to aid passengers in booking flights, find departure times and even check in. All this is now possible after fiver terminals were installed at the Kuala Lumpur Sentral where 900 customers are served daily.

With the implementation of these new kiosks, travelers no longer have to worry about the pains of securing their plane tickets or worrying about scheduled arrival and departures.

Similar to what kiosks do, touch screen interface make it easy to secure the needs of globetrotters. This is a business trend expected to flourish in the coming years as well.
