Hulu for PlayStation 3 Deal Pending?
We already know that the Hulu video on demand service is set to hit the Xbox 360 soon and now it looks as though Hulu could be set to make an appearance on the PS3 sometime thereafter as, according to an unconfirmed report, Sony Corp and Hulu LLC are close to coming to an agreement to get Hulu onto the PS3 – with an official announcement concerning a partnership possibly being confirmed as early as next week.

Neither Sony nor Hulu would be drawn concerning them purportedly being close to an agreement but, should confirmation of a deal being struck come, and the Hulu video on demand service subsequently make it to the PS3, this would allow PS3 owners to access prime programming from the likes of NBC, Fox and ABC via their console for a monthly fee – that fee expected to be around the $9.95 per month region should it be the same as the charge set to be levied for Xbox 360 based Hulu access (and there’s no reason to think that the PS3 chare would be any different than the charge for Xbox 360 based Hulu access).
