Panasonic SC-ZT2 Offers Sound Boost To 3D Television (Panasonic's SC-ZT2 Offers Up a Major Sound Package To Their Line of 3D Televisions]
Perhaps one of the worst things about hooking up a home theater audio system is the actual hooking up. Wires all over the place, and you’re never all that sure where any of them actually go, but the guys out at Panasonic want to change all that with the SC-ZT2.
As part of what at least looks like a larger initiative to get more people interested in switching over to 3D television, Panasonic’s SC-ZT2 is specifically engineered to work with Full HD 3D.
Even more interestingly, the SC-ZT2 is somehow a seven channel system, even though it’s comprised of only two speakers. I suppose it helps, though, when each speaker is home to fully four tweeters. But as we all likely expected, a full-on wireless speaker system designed to work in a 3D environment isn’t cheap. Panasonic’s planning to charge fully a thousand bucks for this setup, though if it works near as well as advertised it just might be worth it.
