New Jurassic Park Games Coming Soon
Jurassic Park 4? We don’t need a Jurassic Park 4 as the folks at Telltale Games have penned a deal with NBC Universal to produce six adventure games based on the classic science-gone-awry book/movie series. Not much has been released about the deal but it looks to be awesome.

Telltale Games are probably one of the few game studios left still producing old point-and-click style adventure games. They’ve made the Sam & Max games along with new Monkey Island adventure games, based on the old LucasArts Monkey Island series. Telltale is also probably one of the few gaming companies out there who delivers on their ‘episodic’ gaming promise, as they can routinely release 1 new ‘episode’ (game) every month.
Speaking of episodic gaming, Telltale will release one “season” of Jurassic Park adventure games, which generally means about six ‘episodes’ for them. Again, not a lot of information here, but Telltale head Dan Connors told Game Informer that the first episode will be out before 2010 is done and it will be “the ultimate cinematic adventure”. Sounds a lot like a previous Steve Spielberg video game project, The Dig. (Anybody remember The Dig?)
Although Jurassic Park video games brings back memories of unpolished Super Nintendo games and the confused PC shooter Jurassic Park: Trespasser, Telltale usually makes some solid adventure games. Anybody excited for this? Stay tuned to TFTS, we could learn more about this project at E3.
