WWDC 2010 Live: iPhone 4/4G/4GS/HD to be Announced by Steve Jobs
In case you’re not aware of the fact that Steve Jobs is going to unveil the new iPhone 4/4G/4GS/HD today then it means you’re really happy with that HTC EVO 4G which you manage to snag before other Sprint customers were able to get it.

But the fact still remains that the new iPhone will be a major player in the mobile business for the year to come. We’ve already seen the device a couple of months ago when it was lost or stolen in a bar. Then the device was discovered in Vietnam and the model we’ve seen then only confirmed what we knew so far: the new device will be totally different than what we’ve been used to so far.
Not only does the device come with a new design but it also has better specs and it will finally offer us some features we’ve been expecting for about three years now. There’s a front-facing camera and thus conference calling capabilities, a better camera on the back, a more powerful processor, a better screen and a larger and longer-lasting battery.
Inside there’s going to be iPhone OS 4.0, which we’ve thoroughly covered back in April. The new OS has seven main tentpoles, and one of the most important ones is multitasking which will fit in quite nicely with the rest of the specs.
Does Apple have what it takes to still surprise us? Will we see a Verizon iPhone today/tonight? Well, that’s why we’re here for, guys, we’re going to cover the whole keynote for you and closely analyze everything Steve Jobs will have to say about the new device.
Last but not least we’ll wonder about the name of the new iPhone. Is it a simple iPhone 4? Maybe an iPhone 4G without 4G capabilities? Or is it the iPhone 4GS like some suggested? The last name version we have for you is iPhone HD, which, considering that the screen is said to be a lot better, is also a probable name for the device. Which one do you like best?
