New Verizon Droid Incredible Ad Says the HTC Android Phone Is Incredible; Doesn’t Mention Current Stock

In case you’re also subscribed to Verizon’s YouTube channel then you’ve probably noticed the new HTC Droid Incredible commercial ready to convince you that the phone is, simply put, incredible.

This is not the first Verizon ad starring the Droid Incredible but this time around Big Red actually shows the device. The last commercial showed everyone the most important features of the device without revealing the device. Now we’re simply told that this is a very fast handset that will simply blow our minds. The HTC Droid Incredible has a 1GHz Snapdragon processor, but don’t be fooled, folks, it’s neither the first nor the last smartphone capable of offering you such CPU speeds.

In fact most current hot smartphones come with such a processor on board and we’re going to move past that 1GHz psychological barrier very soon. The first Windows Phone 7 devices, some made by HTC too, will clock in at some point between 1 to 1.5GHz so we’re ready for a lot more speed in our life when it comes to the performance our smartphones currently offer.

Verizon is probably insisting on the Droid Incredible so much since the HTC EVO 4G is almost upon us and, most importantly, the phone that everyone will try to beat this year, the iPhone 4, is also coming soon.

With such two tough adversaries, and considering that a CDMA iPhone might only be available later down the road, Verizon will surely lose some subscribers in the immediate future. On the other hand the HTC Droid Incredible is a hot phone that certainly deserves your complete attention. The only problem with it is that Verizon doesn’t have enough stock to meet current demand which prevents the carrier from signing even more subscribers by the time the EVO 4G and the new iPhone hit stores.

So yeah, this last commercial is not special in any way, especially if you had some time to familiarize yourself with the phone like we did.
