BlackBerry Bold 9700 Changes Black to White for T-Mobile on May 5

Are you tired to be one of the regular BlackBerry owners playing with a black smartphone all the time? Well if you’re ready to make the color change you’ve been waiting for then get ready to check out T-Mobile stores starting with May 5. The word on the street is that the carrier is getting ready to sell the white BlackBerry Bold 9700 starting with that particular date.

The BlackBerry Bold 9700 is the current flagship phone of RIM. We’re definitely waiting to see what hot phones the company will announce for later this year but in the mean time those of you looking for a great, dependable, BlackBerry smartphone, the Bold 9700 is a great choice.

No matter if you buy it in white or black you can expect T-Mobile USA to sell it to your for $129.99 with brand new two-year contracts although the carrier has not made any official announcement just yet.

Of course AT&T is probably lurking in the shadows planning to also sell the white BlackBerry Bold 9700 at some point in the very near future.

Speaking of waiting for the white Bold 9700, some of you will want to get this baby from other international carriers and while we don’t have exact arrival dates we know the white handset is also coming in other markets.

In the UK, T-Mobile and Vodafone are rumored to offer the white BlackBerry Bold 9700 to their subscribers starting with April 20 although you’d better call your local customer care representative in order to find out more details about it.

Before hurrying to buy your next BlackBerry Bold 9700 model you should also be aware that RIM is getting ready for WES 2010, a special event scheduled for 27-29 April 2010. Hopefully RIM is going to unveil some hot new BlackBerry smartphones ready to replace the Bold 9700 and hit stores a little later this year.
