iPhone 4G/HD Camera & Display Revealed [OmniVision to Make the iPhone 4G (HD) / Next-gen iPad Camera; Deja-vu iPhone 4G Display Appears on Video Again]
With one day to go until Apple makes iPhone OS 4.0 official we have more iPhone and iPad rumors for you. Today we’re talking about the future camera that’s going to equip both devices and the iPhone 4G/HD’s display which popped on YouTube again. Talk about a deja-vu feeling!

First up it’s the new camera that is already rumored to be found on the iPhone 4G/HD and iPad 2G (that’s second-generation of course.) The iPad has been released by Apple last weekend and people are already talking about the next-gen features.
One major change which we all expect is not Flash support but the inclusion of at least a camera. And said camera is rumored to be made by OmniVision. The company apparently signed a partnership agreement with Apple and subsequently, will make future iPhone 4G/HD and iPad 2G cameras. These are rumored to be 3- to 5-megapixel cameras which are pretty consistent to what we’ve heard so far at least about the next-gen iPhone.
Moving on to more iPhone 4G/HD rumors we can’t disregard one more video that made it to YouTube in search for glory. We still can’t say if it’s legit or not but we had to check it out.
As you can see in the video above, this leaked iPhone 4G/HD display is pretty much similar to what we’ve seen so far. Does that mean the screen is really out there or are some people trying their best to convince their audience that they really are in possession of it when in fact, that might not be so?
Again we’ll draw the same conclusions when watching the clip: the iPhone 4G/HD looks to be a little taller and the leaked display suggests that we’re going to have a front-facing camera on the left while the proximity sensor will be moved to the right.
Unfortunately you all know that Cupertino will not confirm any of this yet. But tomorrow’s iPhone OS 4.0 announcement could reveal video conferencing capabilities which will only mean that the next-gen iPhone will indeed come with a front-facing camera. Even if the actual display will look nothing like the one in the video above.
